Questa settimana in redazione tra le novità più fresche abbiamo principalmente ascoltato gli ultimi lavori di Strega, Fyrnask e The Ruins Of Beverast, ossia l’EP “Mors Mortiys Morte” ora disponibile anche nella compilation “Stryx Mortyis Kompendyum”, “Íosir” e “Tempelschlaf”, dai quali abbiamo estratto per l’occasione “Aar-Y-Mhana De Vek’Nha”, “Hliðvera” e “The Carrion Cocoon”. Sempre in tema di nuova musica, sono usciti i singoli inediti “La Sorciére Du Nord” dei Mooncitadel e “Blood Rituals In The House Of The Dead” degli Spectre, scelti per anticiparci rispettivamente “Hyperborean Combat Overlord” ed “A Procession Of The Dead”. Le ricorrenze ci hanno invece fatto tirare giù dalle mensole, come al solito qui listati in ordine di uscita cronologica, innanzitutto i Nightside di “The End Of Christianity” e gli Ondskapt del mini-album “Slave Under His Immortal Will”, i cui primi venticinque anni di vita sono rinverditi oggi da “Ad Noctum” e “Dark Path”. Tornando poi indietro nel tempo, cinque in più li compie “Heaven Shall Burn… When We Are Gathered” dei Marduk, ripropostovi con “Beyond The Grace Of God”. Concludiamo dunque con un paio di ascolti liberamente consigliati dallo staff, per questa settimana, ovvero “Scattered To The Four Wainds” dei Nerthus ed il recentemente pubblicato “Feberdrömmar Del Två” degli Shining; eccovi in playlist allora “Meadow-Lands Slumber” e la “Für Den Höllenvater” che traduce e reinventa in tedesco il classico “For The God Below” grazie all’ugola di Morean.
